Exercise: This helps us lose or maintain our weight, tone our muscle, strengthen our bones, helps with medical conditions, over all makes us feel great. 

Nutrition: A lot of people think "I'm exercising I can eat what I want". This is not true. We still need to make sure we make the right food choices and serving size for our bodies. We need to think when we shop in a grocery store of shopping on the outside aisles; fruits, veggies, lean meats, nuts, seeds and good fats. This is not saying don't ever eat ice cream or have a piece of candy just do it in moderation but also remember what some of the ingredients does to our bodies. We are forgetting a treat means a treat.   

Nutritional Supplements: Choosing the right daily vitamins and nutrition for our bodies. Our food does not have all the vitamins and minerals it had thirty, forty years ago. Our soil has been depleted from the nutritional value it once had. Supplements helps fill the gap needed to attain optimal health.
