PRECISION ATHLETICS Elite Performance Training Programs

PRECISION ATHLETICSImprove performance and decrease your risk for injury with performance training at PRECISION ATHLETIC CORPS Elite Performance Training. We focus on providing individualized training based on your goals and the demands of your sport or lifestyle.

Programs are created to improve performance by building strength and power, while also identifying and addressing areas of weakness and instability to help decrease the potential for injury. By training movements for sports and life, Athletes’ Performance focuses on creating greater functional movement to support the physical demands athletes face in sports, and firefighters, police officers, and military personnel face in the line of duty, in addition to the physical demands of everyday life.

Speed, Power, Agility, Resistances(Strength) and Quickness (SPARQ)
Over the last decade Precision Athletic Corps (PAC) has developed SPARQ into a comprehensive package of more than 40 powerful training systems designed to enhance the sport-specific needs of the athlete. PAC establishes an athlete’s foundation by focusing on pure strength and core strength. From this, an SPARQ program is scientifically designed to improve the function of the athlete’s neuromuscular system (How the brain and body work together). PAC’s unique design and execution of this training program enables athletes to achieve high levels of success. Athletes will experience improvements in linear speed, lateral quickness, vertical explosiveness, and overall strength/power. These training methods improve physical performance in all sports through better preparation of the athlete for the demands of competition. Simply, athletes and teams improve their strength, agility and quickness through the expertise of PAC.Both individual and team training is available with the SAQ program, and our training is sport-specific! PA can also train athletes and teams at South Fulton Recreational Centers or at your team’s facility or practice location.

 

Sport-Specific Skill Training
We at PRECISION ATHLETIC CORPS Elite Performance Training pride ourselves in diversity of our trainers. Whether baseball, football, basketball, track, soccer, rugby, cheerleading, or swimming, we have the knowledge and experience to teach sports skills to individuals of all ages and talent levels. From beginning fundamentals, to philosophies of situations, we are capable of helping any athlete became better at their individual sport.


Personal Training
PAC offers one-on-one and group personal training programs that focus on weight-loss, toning, flexibility, stabilization, cardiovascular endurance and additional workouts to add to your time at the gym. Many of the clinics are women or men only for the comfort of each member but One-on-One training and group PAC clinics are offered as well.

 
 
Team Training
Our Team Training programs are designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for entire sport teams. Training sessions are typically conducted at the team's training facility and focus primarily on linear speed and multi-directional skill development. Team Training programs are built to be sport relevant with medicine ball strengthening, bodyweight resisted power development, energy system development, and speed ratios that apply directly to specific sports demands.

Corporate Wellness/Fitness Programs
Our mission at PAC is to bring and create a body success program from corporate employees. We believe that fitness and an overall healthy lifestyle can help enhance the quality of life, well-being, and productivity for all involved. We focus on on-site/off-site operations management, initial strategic planning and staff selection. We offer program development and implementation along with health/wellness program design. We are personalized, oriented and sensitive to each organization’s special needs/goals. Some offerings for corporate accounts include specifically-designed fitness training, educational clinics, full fitness assessments and consultations and metabolic panels. 
 

*ACL Prevention Program
In addition to the everyday practices, PAC also offers an extended “ACL add-on” that further teaches athletes how to safely absorb body mass and change direction without putting joints in compromising positions.
PAC has teamed with Sportsmetrics to become certified in the “prevention” of ACL’s.* Our program begins with a testing process that will numerically give each athlete a risk assessment based on the inward and outward movement of the knees. After this assessment, a six-twelve week program is implemented, focusing on teaching the athlete how to take the pressure off of the knees and utilize their hips as their power center. Upon completion of the program, PAC trainers will reassess each athlete to determine their improvements.
*Note: No training can overcome the potential for extenuating circumstances.
 

*Extended Rehabilitation
With a physician referral and consistent guidance and communication with PAC staff, Extended Rehab participants can make a smooth transition from physical therapy to a prescribed strength and conditioning program. Each program is individually tailored to progress participants to the next level of recovery and to help them resume their regular lifestyles, fitness routines and/or athletic routines.
With a prescription for exercise from the attending physician or physical therapist, participants are challenged to gradually increase their level of activity by receiving one-on-one guidance from the PAC team of exercise specialists. Cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility and stabilization are all implemented into the program. Whether athletic or casual rehabilitation, individuals of all ages and abilities can benefit from extended rehabilitation.

Summary Of Who We Train

Young Athletes (Ages 8 -12)

These years are critical in developing motor patterns for future athletic prowess. Our young athlete program focuses on developing the fundamental movement skills that enable kids to mature into high-performance athletes when they are ready. Because all athletes develop movement patterns differently, PRECISION ATHLETICS employs a comprehensive evaluation process, based on science, that helps tailor a training  program to each individual athlete.  

Teen Athletes (Ages 13 – 15)

For most kids in this age bracket, developing and enhancing athletic skill is the primary goal. With that in mind, PRECISION ATHLETICS customizes a program that addresses three critical areas of training: First: Maintain and advance the fundamental movement skills in their training. Second: address individual weakness. Third: Begin to develop explosive strength and power through resistance training.  

Mature Teen Athletes (Ages 16+)

This phase is critical to developing and maintaining an athlete’s general preparedness. Athletes’ bodies are very different at this age; some develop more athletic preparedness than others. Thus, these sessions are highly customized, assuring athletes that their individual weaknesses, preparedness and physiological parameters are targeted, enhancing performance. During this phase, PRECISION ATHLETICS places significant emphasis on resistance training the posterior chain, as well as the running sessions. The goal: to target, develop and enhance all the biological processes: strength, endurance, oxidative capacity and anaerobic power, lactate threshold, etc.

Adult Athletes

Whether you're a novice looking to start a routine, an elite athlete seeking peak strength and conditioning, in need of rehab after an injury, or a weight room veteran struggling to overcome a plateau, PRECISION ATHLETICS provides one-on-one guidance, motivation and challenging workouts. We marry science with hard core training. Strength, flexibility, core stabilization training, proprioceptive training is all part of the package.

Professional Athletes

Our professional athletes are trained in the maintenance of preparedness. Restoration work and exercises designed to maintain the overall health and well-being of the athlete are quintessential. Many of our professional athletes are involved in multiple flexibility and mobility sessions to enhance recovery. Our professional athlete training sessions are periodized to include blocks of training to facilitate the professional athletes’ playing career.
